I have been under the weather for a couple of days and am a little frustrated.  When I get sick I still do all of my everyday duties and more importantly I take care of myself.  I don’t like being bothered I just want to be left alone.  But, MEN on the other hand…….that is a completely different story.  When MEN get SICK the WHOLE freaking world comes to an END!  I am not even exagerating.  They turn into little boys who think that their girlfriends need to be their mother.

I am not the most nurturing person, but I try my best be the good “girlfriend.”  When I get sick just give me a sleeve of saltines and liter of 7up or ginger ale and call it good.   When my man gets sick I have to rub his arm and lay by him and feed him his medicine and butter his saltine crackers.  He calls his mom and tells her that he is sick and then makes sure to tell my mom so that she makes sure I am taking care of him.  Then the best part is my mom calls me and nags on me for not taking care of him the way I should.  It’s simply pathetic!

I am almost done venting!  Hands down the worst part of a man being sick is the puppy dog eyes they give you with this helpless look that makes me just laugh out loud.  That’s all!
